FAMILY VISAS CANADA
The Canada Family visas are designed for migrants who can come to or remain in the Canada as the partners, children and elderly dependent relatives of people who are already in the Canada. Canada Settlement Scheme Family Permit
Canadian Settlement Scheme Family Permit allows applicants, who are either a Spouse or Civil Partner or Unmarried Partner of an EEA national exercising treaty rights in the Canada under certain circumstances, to come and live with their partners.
Marriage Visa Canada / Fiance Visa
Applicants under this Family Visa Canada route are allowed to enter the Canada as a fiancé (e) or proposed civil partner of a Canadian citizen or a person who is settled in the Canada. They must intend to get married or register your civil partnership within 6 months of their arrival in the Canada, and settle here together afterwards.
PBS Dependent Visa
PBS dependant visa caters for partners and dependent children of migrants who have temporary (limited) permission to come and live with them in the Canada.
Canada Partner Visa
A Canada Partner visa allows applicants, who are either a Spouse or Civil Partner or Unmarried Partner of a Canada citizen or a person who is settled status in the Canada, can come and live with their partners.
